FULL NAME: GSGF 800.1100 A MODEL AUTOMATIC HIGH-SPEED LAMINATING MACHINE 

Features:

1.Main transmission unit: The main transmission unit is controlled by alternating current frequency inverter vector . The heat beat and rubber-plated mesh roller synchronism adopts swing arms to control its tightness and looseness.Performance: assure the tightness and looseness of the film in the oven tunnel.2. Material feeding Device:  Group 1 and 2 adopt dual stations inching reversing, automatic receiving unit and dual photoelectric edge-correcting device, while the tension adopts automatic tension controlling. Performance: keep evenness of film.

3. Rubber-plated unit:  The anilox rollers control the scrapping and inking amount by scraper. The thickness of rubber can be adjusted freely through the ink scrapers. While the rubber roller adopts dual air cylinder to increase the pressure, whereas the pressure can be adjusted freely. It is also equipped with rubber-plated film while stopping to lift automatically.4. Strcture of oven tunnel:  The temperature in the oven tunnel through three-pace intelligent temperature controller is equipped with inner cycling unit, three-pace independent hot air drying system,the material-protecting roller and the hot drum can rotate synchronically, and it is equipped with gas cap heating channel and film getting through operation panel.5. Laminating hor drum and press roller unit:   Laminating hot drum is heated through the hot oil to make the temperature of the hot drum evenly, saving electricity. The pressing roller is controlled by dual air cylinder .While the pressure can be adjusted freely. 6. Material collecting unit:   It adopts dual station reversing jogging and automatic material collecting while the rolling adopts moment motor.
